It was pleasing to receive a thank you email this week from a customer at our Highpoint store. "... thank you to your team which did a fantastic job on my suit, and the young lady who served me was very professional. Great customer service."

Our customer needed sleeves on a new suit urgently shortened, and the Alter It was able to complete the work in an afternoon.
